Stephanie Looi graduated from King’s College London in 2003 and was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2005 as an Advocate and Solicitor after having trained with a Senior Counsel in a leading matrimonial law firm in Singapore.
Since then, she has acquired vast experience in family law litigation. Stephanie appears regularly for clients at all levels of the Singapore Courts on all matters affecting the family including division of matrimonial assets, maintenance, custody and international relocation, trust and property disputes, family violence, child abduction as well as cross-border child and financial related matters.
She is also highly experienced in both contentious and non-contentious probate proceedings involving large estates and personal disputes, as well as acting for deputies in cases of Mental Capacity Act (both contested and non-contested).
Apart from family litigation, Stephanie also frequently advises and represents clients in the drafting of relevant Prenuptial and Postnuptial Deeds, which are particularly useful to clients who have significant pre-marital assets and advising them on setting up a framework that helps protect their assets and to reduce unnecessary acrimony.
In addition to her wealth of experience in the area of family law, Stephanie also maintains an active civil and commercial dispute practice, representing personal and corporate clients in cases involving complicated legal and factual issues.
Stephanie has also given several talks in both English and Chinese language on wills, lasting power of attorney and divorce matters to various organizations such as Singapore Press Holdings and most recently to Singapore Tourism Board.

Outside of work and since childhood, Stephanie takes a longstanding interest in music and dance and currently holds a ABRSM Diploma in Music as well as Royal Academy of Dance (“RAD”).
Renee graduated from the University of Southampton and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the Supreme Court of Singapore in 2017
Renee is a Dispute Resolution lawyer with a broad practice in commercial, civil, criminal and family disputes. Her work includes personal injury and various general insurance claims, contractual claims, commercial and property disputes, debt recovery and defamation.
Renee’s experience has seen her act as both assisting counsel and lead counsel in matters at various levels of the Singapore Courts as well as court and private mediations.
Renee has particular experience in all aspects of family law ranging from matrimonial law, wills and probate, mental capacity and adoption matters. Particularly, Renee has specialist experience in contentious family disputes, ranging from divorces and associated ancillary matters, to cases of domestic violence and other children’s issues. She also has experience dealing with complex cross-border cases involving child abduction and relocation applications.
Renee understands that family issues can be very impactful, on both the clients and any children involved, and her focus is to find quick and pragmatic solutions for her clients to save on the financial and emotional cost of litigation. With her experience in dispute resolution, she seeks to craft practical legal solutions to resolve her client’s various disputes.
On other legal experience, Renee has had work experience in a law firm in Shanghai, as part of the Maritime team. This exposure to Admiralty Law gave Renee the opportunity to assist in both the drafting and resolving of disputes on charterparties, bills of lading, cargo damage and cargo loss claims.
Outside of practice, Renee likes outdoor activities and enjoys the sea. She holds an advanced scuba and freediving certification and is frequently looking for new beautiful dive spots, local or overseas.

Siew Yin read law at the National University of Singapore, from which she graduated with a second class (Upper Division) honours, and was admitted as an Advocate & Solicitor of the Singapore bar in 2021.
At present, Siew Yin is building a broad practice in dispute resolution that spans across tort, corporate/commercial, criminal and family law. Despite her recent admission to the Singapore bar, Siew Yin has appeared as lead counsel in trials and argued applications before the Magistrates’ Courts, the District Courts and the High Court. Outside of work, Siew Yin volunteers regularly at her local community’s legal clinic. She is also the vice-chairperson of her neighbourhood’s Residents’ Network and is now serving her second term as the assistant secretary of the Pioneer Citizens’ Consultative Committee.
Crystal Lum was admitted to the Singapore Bar in 2021 and graduated with Second (Upper) Class Honours from the National University of Singapore in 2020.
Her primary areas of practice include civil and commercial litigation in both the High Court and the State Courts, ranging from interlocutory applications to trials. Her dispute resolution experience includes tort, disputes relating to contract, construction and bankruptcy.
Besides commercial litigation, Crystal has also represented clients in the Community Justice and Tribunals System, including matters relating to employment and harassment. She completed her pupillage at a prominent construction law firm where she assisted in construction adjudications under the Security of Payment Act, among other things.
